M-screw

 Our polyaxial screw for the cervical system was released in 2006.

The locking system allows a 30° angulation in all directions using a patented technique with an expanding washer.

 2009-03-01                 The Olerud Cervical System will be displayed at the 25th annual meeting of the European Section of the Cervical Spine Research Society (CSRS-E) on June 11 -13, 2009 in Uppsala, Sweden.

 

2008-08-21 A new anterior lumbar plate is now added to our product range under the CE-mark. The plate is used for anterior fixation in the lumbar spine. Advantages include, less damage to muscles, thinner plate and fixed angles of screws.

2007-11-01 The Olerud Cervical system will be displayed at the 35th Annual Meeting & 12th Instructional Course of Cervical Spine Research Society in San Fransisco on November 28 – December 1, 2007.

2007-06-01 The Olerud Cervical System is approved by the FDA for sale in the USA.

C1-claw

 A new version of the C1-claw is now available. The claw has a wider upper claw that distributes the force better over the C1-arch. Combined with the ME-connector this gives a strong fixation and easy application.
ME connector

 A simple connector that you can use together with our existing bone screws, ideal in combination with the C1-claw.
 
New implant cases

A new set of implant cases has now been developed for the M-screw and the ME-connector.
The M-screw case holds up to 6 pcs of each screw size and rods from 40 to 120mm. The ME-case holds four ME-connectors, bone screws from 35 to 60mm and four C1-claws.
